Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will send you a confirmation email once your package is shipped with tracking information.

We ship to most countries and regions. Some remote areas may have extra shipping fees or longer delivery times.
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local clearance fees that may apply in your country. We do not cover these charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 14 days. For damaged items, please provide photos of packaging and products for our review.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your address before submitting payment.
